Bijuve combines two hormones:

• Oestradiol: Replaces declining oestrogen levels, alleviating menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness.
• Progesterone: Protects the uterus lining (endometrium) from the risks associated with oestrogen-only therapy, such as endometrial hyperplasia or cancer.

1. Dosage: Take one capsule daily at the same time each day, with or without food.
2. Continuous Use: Do not take breaks between packs—start the next pack immediately after finishing the current one.
3. Missed Dose: If you miss a dose, take it within 12 hours. If more than 12 hours have passed, skip the missed dose and continue as normal (do not double the dose).
