Progynova Tablets

Progynova contains estradiol valerate, a bioidentical form of oestrogen that mimics the hormone naturally produced by the ovaries. Available in 1mg and 2mg strengths, it is ideal for postmenopausal women who need to replenish their oestrogen levels to reduce menopausal discomfort.

Menopause reduces the production of oestrogen, leading to symptoms like hot flushes, low mood, and vaginal dryness. Progynova tablets restore oestrogen levels by delivering estradiol valerate into the bloodstream through the digestive system, providing relief from these symptoms.

1. Dosage: Take one tablet daily at the same time with water.
2. Usage Instructions: Continue taking tablets consecutively without breaks, starting a new pack immediately after finishing the previous one.
3. Combination HRT: If you have an intact uterus, your doctor may prescribe a progesterone-based HRT alongside Progynova for the first 12–14 days of the month to prevent uterine complications.

Common side effects include:
