What is Lumigan®?

Lumigan® 0.03% (bimatoprost) is a prescription-only prostaglandin analogue used to reduce intraocular pressure in patients with conditions such as ocular hypertension and open-angle glaucoma. It works by increasing the outflow of fluid from the eye, helping to lower pressure and prevent damage to the optic nerve.

This version is provided as a unit dose, meaning it contains preservative-free single-use vials for those who may be sensitive to preservatives in multi-dose eye drops.

Off-label Use Notice

How to Use

• Use immediately after opening a single-dose container. Discard any unused solution.

Who Can Prescribe This?

Lumigan® 0.03% can only be prescribed by a licensed UK prescriber following a clinical assessment. This treatment is not available over-the-counter and must be dispensed by a UK-registered pharmacy.

Common Side Effects:

• Eye redness or irritation

• Increased pigmentation of the iris or eyelid

• Eyelash growth or darkening

• Dry eyes or blurry vision

Serious side effects are rare but should be reported immediately.
