- You have had a stroke, heart attack, or liver disease.

Use with caution if you have:
- High blood pressure, diabetes, or gallstones.
- Migraines, asthma, or kidney/liver disorders.
HRT increases the risk of certain conditions, including blood clots, breast cancer, and stroke. Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration, and regularly monitor your health with your doctor.
Utrogestan should not be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
